Shipping

• Orders placed by 4:00pm EST Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same day.
• Customer UPS or Fedex account can be used for shipping if desired.
• Tracking numbers will be displayed on the invoice provided to the customer for ease of tracking.
• We offer FREE ground shipping to all domestic facilities via Fedex or UPS Ground Service for orders over $250.
  • There will be fees associated with 2^nd day and overnight shipping requests. Please consult with your sales representative at the time of ordering.
• Please note that Hawaii, Alaska and International orders are excluded from certain shipping options.

Return Policy

• Facilities may return items purchase from Surgical Resources Group for any reason, at no cost, if purchased within 120 days for a 100% refund. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Devices that malfunction
  • Devices that failed to pass quality inspection
  • Recalled items
• Any item(s) that are subject to a voluntary or involuntary recall from a manufacturer or the FDA will be replaced with identical product not under the recall at no charge.
• For all other return requests, we do not issue refunds. However, we will replace the item(s) or issue a credit memo to be applied to future orders.
• Surgical Resources Group, LLC will provide a prepaid shipping label for all returns.
• Returns are not subject to any restocking fees.
