We distribute our products worldwide to licensed facilities and businesses.
All orders placed by 4:30pm EST Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same day if in stock. We offer free ground shipping to all domestic facilities via Fedex or UPS ground service.
Please note that Hawaii, Alaska and international order are excluded from certain shipping option.

Selling to SRG
We do not buy or sell any expired medical devices. At times, we may be able to purchase reprocessed and/or resterilized items as long as all appropriate FDA requirements and product storage conditions are met.
SRG partners with Ssubi Foundation, a non-profit organization that redistributes un-used, unexpired medical devices to third-world or underdeveloped countries in need. https://ssubifoundation.org/

General Questions
We purchase unused, in date medical devices from facilities and distributors all over the United States. We assist hospitals and surgery centers with overstock items that may have materialized due to over-ordering, contract conversions, facility buy-outs, physician changes, etc. SRG only purchases products from licensed facilities and/or business who lawfully own these products and can confirm all items have maintained appropriate storage conditions for their products.
We have a strict quality control policy in place for all products that enter and leave our warehouse. We encourage you to review the full policy here.
At any time, if a facility finds an item that they bought from SRG has been recalled or has malfunctioned, we will replace the item at no additional charge or shipping expense. If no replacement is available, we will refund you in full or hold a credit for future orders.
Yes, under FDA guidelines, we must track all lot numbers in our system. Lot numbers and expiration dates for each item are displayed on all customer invoices at the time of shipping. Any lot number that is found to be recalled is removed immediately from inventory.
Yes, we monitor FDA updates and the FDA recall database daily.
Facilities may return items purchased from SRG for any reason, at no cost within 120 days for a full refund. SRG never requires any restocking fees.
